Beauty from the outside can never take care of the full wellbeing we want our clients to feel. With the help of friends and family, we have taken the initiative to offer our clients a cafe to find peaceful vitality. A place to gather together and share nutrient dense dishes, elegantly prepared, with ingredients of the highest quality.
In order to ensure the food is as “alive” as possible, we create everything from scratch. Food is created in a Zen-like environment, to help you feel peaceful when enjoying meals with your friends and family. GB Café is a friendly environment; where you can feel comfortable enjoying a meal alone, or in a group. If you don’t have the time to make a meal at home, GB Cafe is available for takeout or delivery.
Our belief in creating our food from scratch extends to everything you can experience, from our bread made with freshly milled flour, nut milks, cultured cheeses, sprouts, and pickles. We serve our dishes on handmade clay plates, with native flower arrangements that feature the season. Our ambiance reflects our devotion to Zen serenity, featuring walnut furniture and cotton cushions designed by a cotton craftsman.

Our fresh pantry is seasonal. We choose our fruits, vegetables, and fish with the maximum life force. If it’s not available locally we choose responsibly.
Dry Pantry
Our dry organic pantry is from around the world, leaning more towards the eastern ingredients and eastern health potions.
Snacks & Dishes
Our dishes range from no-guilt to hearty comfort foods that don’t feel heavy as they are easily digested due to the freshness. If you are feeling off in any way, we have the perfect tea or potion to get you feeling good again
Signature Herbal Infusions
These are refreshing beverages and elixirs to help hydrate you in the most exciting way possible!
We dilute cold pressed juices with Asian teas, or herbal teas, because we don’t like to serve anything too sweet. We like to give your palate a wide range of flavors to open up the mind.
Our sodas are made with natural effervescent bubbles – super delightful, being very responsible with the sweetness because we care about your collagen and your memory!
